Migrating a product/service between accounts is occasionally seen when an organization needs to pay for multiple services separately, or when the ownership of an organization changes.
Regardless of the reason for the move our team can assist in getting the product / service switch over to the new owner. In order to accomplish this task we will require verification and confirmation from both parties involved in the transfer.
Steps for current owner:
Access the URL of your client billing area. Use the link below to access unless you are a UK based customer, in which case click the link here.

Once logged in click the chat icon on the bottom-right of the control panel.
Click the New Conversation button and provide our team with the request to move a product / service to a new account.
Please provide:
- Service Name ( example: server1.mycompany.com )
- Service Type ( example: Windows Business VPS )
- Destination Account ( example: [email protected] )
Provide any other helpful information that you believe might help the process move faster.
Once the above has been completed, then we'll wait until the new owner completes their part.

Once the above has been completed, then we'll wait until the old owner completes their part.
Once verification process completes
Once the old and new account owners complete their steps our team will verify the products / services being migrated and the permissions of the accounts initiating the transfer. If any questions are needed prior to the move our team will respond to the conversation you created in the above steps.
After the product / service move is complete our team will respond to both parties upon completion. Any existing unpaid invoices related to the moved service(s) will be moved over to the new account owner within a 24-48 hour period of the move being completed.
