If you find yourself needing to reset your Windows VPS "administrator" password, simply access the WCP control panel.

Navigate to 'server manager' drop down box at the top of the page:

Then select 'reset administrator password' from the available icons within the VPS management section:

Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the password reset process.
