To verify your domain, you need to add a TXT record with your DNS provider. If your domain is hosted with us at Hostek, we are happy to assist you with this!
Here's how to obtain your TXT record:
First, log in to EyeonID and click on the orange box as shown in the image below:
(When you click on the orange box, you will automatically be taken to the "Settings" page).
Click on "Verify"
Under the "Settings" tab, you will find a section called "Domains." Here, click on "Verify" to start the verification process.
Retrieve your DNS TXT record:
After clicking on "Verify," the TXT record you need to add to your DNS configuration will be displayed. This record is unique to your domain and looks something like this:
Copy this record and either send it to us at [email protected] for assistance, or add it yourself to your DNS configuration following the instructions provided in the EyeonID portal.
